This team set a clear vision and schedule of when to discuss the project development and how to receive updates, especially when the stakeholders need current status quotes updates and a quick board meeting regarding medical students’ improvement. The board will set up weekly project meetings to demonstrate the firm’s resolve to foster quality products in the future. And to facilitate the successful ability of the visibility transparency to the whole team.

The University Lumiere originates in the profound reflections of Reverend Pasteur Chavannes Jeune, an engineer by training and a former President of the Evangelical Baptist Mission in the South of Haiti (MEBSH). As a good citizen and father, he had wanted to participate in the necessary training of a fringe of the intelligentsia of the southern department of Haiti. University Lumiere of Haiti’s first graduate medical students will be named after Lovensky Sévère, a former internship instructor who dedicated his entire life to working in his community and who unfortunately became a victim of the growing insecurity in 1997. Today, the Lovensky Severe class doctors are training students at Lumiere University and other private universities. Some are executives and consultants at the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP). Those who are outside of Haiti have easily entered the medical field. If the university is what it represents today for the evangelical community, it is thanks to its first-class: the Lovensky Sévere. Today, this promotion is still everywhere globally, brilliantly exercising their profession and representing Haiti with dignity. Thanks to their tenacity and dedication, the Faculty of Medicine of the University Lumière is now one of the largest in Haiti and trains hundreds of experienced doctors. The Lovinsky Severe promotion has made its way through a challenging but tactical, technical, and moral battle against the conservative seniors. The graduates and licensees of this promotion have established themselves through their professionalism and competence wherever they go. Moreover, the philanthropy of these young practitioners of this priestly profession has brought us together each time the country faced a natural disaster, including Gonaives in 2004 and 2008, Port-au-Prince in 2010, The South, the South-East, the Nipples, and Grand-Anse during the passage of Hurricane Matthew and recently in August 2021 during the earthquake. The doctors of this promotion have treated more than 5000 people and have economically supported more than 100 families. Finally, the Lovinsky Severe hosted their first homecoming Alumni Gala de Retrouvailles on July 09, 2022, at Kasa Champet restaurant and lounge in Pembroke Pines, Florida, to build modern human anatomy and physiology at the University.
